The Perry County Commissioners Adopt Ohio Revised Code 307.12 for the disposal of unneeded, obsolete or unfit personal property by internet auction. The auction site will explain the minimum bid for each item listed and that there will be a minimum of ten (10) calendar days (including weekends and legal holidays) to bid on an item. The website auction company (www.govdeals.com) will conduct all sales and will display the general terms and conditions of the sale. All information pertaining to: minimum bid amount, auction fees, method of payment, sales tax and pick-up of items sold will be displayed on the website.
